The stay was really comfortable during the holidays. I liked the clean and well-laid-out room with great TV channels. The location was magnificent, close to restaurants, gas stations, Red Deer, Highway, and the city centre.

I loved this hotel and would stay here again. Everything was perfect, had a good stay on holidays. The staff were knowledgeable and competent. The pool was nice, with a hot tub and water slides.

Convenient location to Highway and city centre.

There was a hockey tournament which meant louder than normal other guests, oh well its Canada.

Was quiet and beds were comfortable

heat thermostat didn't work the first night, and given a couple blankets...was a frosty 16 degrees! Was told they would fix the problem (which they did the next day) and give compensation for the very cold night with young children (which they didn't) Had previously booked one night online for $95....the week before our stay, realized we needed another night stay...phoned the hotel, and was told the price would be the SAME as the online booking...checked out and they charged $118. Was very unhappy they did not honor the price! I could of easily booked the extra night online if they were not going to honor the price quoted by phone

The bed here was seriously comfortable - I had such a great night's sleep. Plus, every little thing was just right. a solid stay! 😊

I enjoyed almost every detail, including perfect rooms and amenities. The bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it.

The room was very cold, I have a 1 year old that was sick. I asked them to turn up heat and they told me it couldn't be turned up for over an hour. Offered a portable heater which is quite dangerous with a 1 year old. This was quite frustrating.

Well-designed rooms that were quiet and had a good selection of TV channels. The location was great, and it was really nice. The airport was about 20 km away. 🌟

We're not informed the pool was out of service. The maid was in cleaning our room before we had checked out, not very professional. Have stayed in nicer hotels for the same rate. Would not recommend.

I liked that we could walk to restaurants, and there was a free shuttle going to the casino.

I didn't like the bed, it was too firm, even though I asked for a king. Too hard
